Yoga Teacher Internships & Yoga Alliance |
|
| As per Yoga Alliance guidelines, one may enter a 500 hour training after they receive their 200 hour certificate. However, once the 500 hour certificate is obtained, the graduate should have at least 100 hour of teaching experience to get registered as RYT 500. The teaching experience preferably should be at a registered school, but any documented teaching experience is acceptable. Yoga Alliance checks RYT 500 applications to ensure the graduate has earned not only the certificate but has the minimum number hours of teaching experience. |
